I wake up with the sun.
Dappled shade peeks into my window.
The sound of birds is my alarm clock.

I rise and do my yoga.
Looking out into God's painting of green and all the colours of the rainbow.

I eat freshly laid eggs for breakfast.
Bread that has been made with loving hands.
Love at the breakfast table.

My day is spent doing all things that nurture my spirit.
I live with Mother nature and her rhythms.
I am in tune with life.

I paint.
I read.
I create beautiful things with my hands.
I learn about myself.
I am on my spiritual path.
This place.
This life.
Gives me all I need.

The day winds down.
Love and laughter fills the space we call home.
We eat our dinner under the stars.
By candle light.
And moonlight.
Table cloth.
Freshly picked flowers.
Although there is no need as we have flowers all around us.

I go to sleep satisfied.
Energised.
For another vibrant day.
