Discovering mySelf

Today we are packing.

We are getting up at 4 am tomorrow morning and driving 3 and a half hours to go to do some seriously intense yoga.

I am booked in to do a workshop on the therapeutic application of Dru yoga, Dru sound and toning and the hidden secrets of the Bhagavad Gita.

There will also be other sessions like networking, relaxation, yoga and meditation.

This is the biggest gathering of Dru yogis in Australia and includes 20 teachers from all over the world.

To say that I am excited is an understatement!
